I am standing in the games room on the top floor of Queens Wood, a £15 million mansion in the ultra-exclusive Wentworth Estate in Surrey, which is being advertised to rent for £250,000 per month.

It’s nice enough, with a bar, plentiful leather sofas and snooker and football tables — but for a fancy pad described as being “one of the most luxurious and standout homes” on an estate known for its Premier League footballers, it seems to contain nothing unusual.

That is, until someone flips open the head of a bust of Roger Moore perched on top of the bar. Inside his neck is a keypad. Once the code is entered, there are a few musical chimes and, James Bond-style, we open a hidden
